Refund & Return Policy

1. Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to hygiene and intimatewear safety standards, lingerie items including panties, underwear, and selected intimate products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or incorrect.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

3. Exchange Eligibility

Eligible exchange items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no signs of usage, perfume, or stains

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Cavellier Lingerie.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or discount campaigns are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
